Pagani has recently announced the delivery of the very first Zonda R Evolution, a very secret project signed by the Italian based automaker.
After it was officially presented to the public during the Goodwood Festival of Speed, almost a year ago (2012), the Pagani Zonda R Evolution is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker making an announcement. According to the company, the first Pagani Zonda R Evolution has been delivered to its customer, who had to pay no less than 1.76 million euros, without taxes. This is quite a lot for a toy kept in the shadows, but then again, Pagani has proven that it’s one worth opponent to the “classic” supercar makers.
The Pagani Zonda R Evolution is powered by a 6.0 liter V12 AMG engine, which is producing a total output of 800 HP (588 kW). The supercar in question is also coming with some aerodynamic parts, a better weight distribution and some other tweaks, which will set it apart from the regular Zonda R. Additional details on the Pagani Zonda R Evolution, like its performance, remain unknown for the moment. Pagani has produced the Zonda R Evolution in just 5 units.
