Porsche has recently pulled the wraps off its latest creation, the Panamera Sport Turismo Concept, during this edition of the 2012 Paris Motor Show.
According to the German based automaker, the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo Concept has been designed to preview the company’s future styling language and the model is both practical and attractive. The concept is coming with a Liquid Metal Blue finish and it has ventilated front fenders, LED headlights and a carbon fiber rear spoiler. The cabin has a minimalistic design with leather upholstery, metallic accents, Alcantara trip, digital instrument cluster, infotainment display and more.
The Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo Concept is 4,950 mm long, 1,990 mm wide and 1,401 mm tall and it’s powered by a plug-in hybrid powertrain made out of a 333 HP (245 kW) from the 3.0 liter V6 engine and the 95 HP (70 kW) electric motor with a 9.4 kWh lithium-ion battery. The total output provided is 416 HP (306 kW) which is helping the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than six seconds and burn less than 3.5 L/100 km of fuel (67.2 mpg US / 80.7 mpg UK). The CO2 emissions stop at 82 g/km and the concept car can travel on electricity alone for more than 30 km at speeds up to 130 km/h.
