The first rendering with the 2014 Peugeot 308 Sedan has recently hit the web and it might provide us with a first look into a final production version of the model.
The French based automaker Peugeot has already unveiled the new generation of the 308, but in five-door hatchback form, just a few months ago, and now time has come to write about its sedan body style, but not in an official way. We all know that eventually Peugeot will introduce a new 308 Sedan probably in some emerging markets and the model in question might look very similar to the one pictured above. However, the vehicle might also be known as the 408, so whatever name will be used, one thing is for sure, expect it in your local dealership soon.
The final production version of the new 2014 Peugeot 308 Sedan, or the 408 as it might be known as, will probably get the same 1.2 liter VTi engine under its hood, which is producing a total output of 82 HP (60 kW), or the 1.6 liter HDi with 92 HP (70 kW). The 1.6 liter THP, with 125 HP (92 kW) is also a possibility, along with the 155 HP (114 kW) version. More details on the 2014 Peugeot 308 Sedan are limited for the moment and will be announced over the following months.
