The French based automaker Peugeot is getting ready to pull the wraps off a 6008 Concept in 2014, during the Beijing Motor Show.
Peugeot is currently looking into a model expansion and one of the newest vehicles to hit the market will be a new crossover, which is expected to be named the 6008. The announcement hasn’t been made official just yet, but according to a report made by Auto Express, it will be a concept car, which is believed to make its public debut next year, during the 2014 Beijing Motor Show.
Our source is saying that the new Peugeot 6008 Concept will be based on the Citroen Wild Rubis Concept and the model will eventually give birth to a final production crossover. Rumors are saying that the Peugeot 6008 will become a direct rival for models like the BMW X3 and Audi Q5, and it will borrow some of the stylish cues of the 2008 and 308, on its exterior design. A production version of the Peugeot 6008 is believed to be launched in China first and eventually brought to Europe, by 2016. Additional details on the model remain unknown for the moment.
