The Peugeot Onyx Concept car has recently leaked in what seem to be a few official images ahead of its public debut on the 27 of September during the 2012 Paris Motor Show.
After being teased by the French based automaker just a day before writing this article, the Peugeot Onyx Concept is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time thanks to the guys at autowp.ru who have managed to get their hands on a few official images with the French supercar concept, which will be officially presented to the public at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, later on this month.
The Peugeot Onyx Concept may be named the “French Lexus LFA” and the model in question is getting a distinctly shaped rear fascia, a rear diffuser, LED lights, a slender grille, a two-tone exterior and carbon fiber wheels. The cabin of the Peugeot Onyx Concept is getting a minimalist design with a carbon fiber steering wheel, roof-mounted digital mirror and last, but not least, the missing tradition seats.
Power to the French supercar concept will be provided by a mid-mounted 16 liter THP engine, which is producing 256 HP, and by an electric motor generating 120 HP (88 kW). The model is expected to burn just 4 liters of fuel every 100 km. More details on the Peugeot Onyx will be announced at the Paris Motor Show.
