A facelifted version of the Peugeot RCZ will be officially presented to the public on the 27th of September, during the 2012 Paris Motor Show.
According to the French based automaker, the Peugeot RCZ compact coupe is getting ready to be refreshed after three years since it’s available on the Old Continent, and the 2012 Paris Motor Show has been chosen in order for the “new” model to be presented. Peugeot has modified the exterior and interior designs of the RCZ, have added new exterior colors and they have also improved the standard and optional gear list. LED daytime running lights will also be added, along with a new front bumper.
Under the hood, the 2013 Peugeot RCZ is still getting the same engines, the 1.6 liter turbo petrol engine, with 156 HP and 200 HP, and the 2.0 liter diesel with 163 HP and 340 Nm of torque. At the end of next year, the car manufacturer is planning to offer a new output squeezed from the same 1.6 liter THP engine, which will produce 260 HP. The new performance model will get front-wheel drive and it will be presented in Paris this month as a pre-production concept.
