McLaren has recently revealed the MP4-12C High Sport, a limited edition of the supercar which will be available in just five units.
With the 2012 Geneva Motor Show starting on the 6th of March, McLaren Automotive has decided to ignore the Swiss automotive event and focus on revealing their latest creation, the MP4-12C High Sport Limited Edition, with the help of Tomirri Photography and a fresh set of pictures, which are highlighting the specs of the British supercar in its 5 units limited edition for a wealthy future customer and for the fans of the brand.
The first details of the McLaren MP4-12C High Sport Limited Edition have emerged back in January this year and the model is a special project developed by McLaren Special Operations. The British based automaker is saying that the main differences between the High Sport Limited Edition and the regular MP4-12C are mainly aerodynamic, and as you can see from the images posted below this news, the supercar is coming with new front and rear bumpers, larger air intakes, a modified diffuser and a new spoiler, along with newly designed alloy wheels.
The engine in the McLaren MP4-12C High Sport Limited Edition hasn’t been ignored, and the standard 3.8 liter V8 twin-turbo unit is now developing 75 horsepower more than the standard version, to a total of 675 horsepower. According to the manufacturer, all five models of the McLaren MP4-12C High Sport Limited Edition have already been sold.
