The Mercedes-Benz CSC Concept car has recently leaked on a German website ahead of its official debut at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show next week.
Even if the Mercedes-Benz CSC Concept is currently being kept into the shadows, what seems to be a first official image with the prototype has recently hit the web just ahead of its debut at the Chinese automotive event which will open its gates next week. The all-new Mercedes-Benz CSC Concept car has a lot of things in common with its larger brother, the CLS, and it seems that the vehicle is actually based on the F800 concept which was revealed in 2010.
Rumors say that the Mercedes-Benz CSC is 4,637 mm long, and if this is true, than the model is actually 47 mm longer than the current generation of the C-Class. However, the future C-Class is expected to be longer, so the CSC will be sloted below it. The all-new Mercedes-Benz CSC Concept is believed to use the company’s new MFA platform, which will also underpin the CLA production car and it was also seeon on the new A-Class and B-Class. The concept car is expected to be powered by the same 2.0 liter petrol engine found on the A25 in Geneva this year, which is producing 208 BHP, the same as a Golf GTI.
