The British based automaker MINI has recently launched the Convertible Highgate Edition, which is coming with the obvious drop-top and a price increase.
According to the car manufacturer, the new MINI Convertible Highgate Edition is actually offered in both Cooper and Cooper S forms, and it has a subtle Iced Chocolate metallic exterior color, but the Midnight Black and White Silver metallic paints are also available. The model is also coming with brown / black stripes and a brown soft top and the interior is fitted with Lounge leather upholstery finished in Dark Truffle with some light blue piping contrast. Stainless steel pedals, Chrome Line interior package and some brushed alloy trim elements are also fitted in the cabin.
MINI says that its latest creation, the Convertible Highgate Edition, is sitting on 17 inch Double Cross alloy wheels and their pattern is actually inspired by the Union Jack flag. Some unique Highgate badges are also fitted onto the door sills and fenders and the model is coming with all the standard features and equipment found in a standard MINI Cooper or MINI Cooper S. The starting price of the Highgate is $2.750 over the Cooper Convertible models and the new drop-top will be available this spring.
