Well, it’s not like you see something similar every day!
Do you remember the BMW X6 M with a pink chrome wrap from a week ago? Well, no matter what your answer is, the model in question has now returned to our attention with the help of even more images, which are showing it closer and from different angles. When it comes to its modifications, it’s all about taste in the end and rather than criticize it, we will let you be the judge. Hopefully, it’s not owned by a mistress because this vehicle is anything but discreet.
The BMW X6 M is the range-topping version of the model. This has been officially unveiled back in October, 2015, along with the new X5 M, and it is currently in its second generation. The popular SAV is instantly recognizable thanks to its aggressive body kit and improved aerodynamics. Some of the goodies found inside it include the M leather wrapped steering wheel, the updated instrument cluster or the four-zone climate control, amongst others. Under its hood, the 4.4 liter twin turbo V8 engine can be found, the same one which is also used on the X5 M. This is rated at 567 HP (423 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque, sent to the M-specific AWD system through an 8-speed M Steptronic transmission. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration this needs 4.2 seconds and top speed is limited to 250 km/h (155 mph).
