The brand new Porsche 911 GT3 will make its UK debut during the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed, this weekend.
The German based automaker Porsche has recently announced its plans to introduce the new 911 GT3 to the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed, this weekend. The model in question is coming with big spoilers, LED headlights, extended side skirts, a new rear bumper, a fixed rear wing, a center mounted dual exhaust system, 20-inch forged alloy wheels and some other tweaks. The most interesting part of the sports car is found under its hood, where the 3.8 liter boxer engine is resting.
Porsche says that the unit is producing a total output of 475 HP (349 kW) and it has a peak torque of 438 Nm (324 lb-ft). The engine is mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission, which is allowing the Porsche 911 GT3 to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.5 seconds. Top speed stands at 315 km/h (195 mph). The official starting price of the model has been set at 137,303 euros.
