The aftermarket specialists at TechArt have recently pulled the wraps off a modified version of the new Porsche 911 Turbo S, which has received some pretty interesting updates.
Originally unveiled during the Frankfurt Motor Show, back in September 2013, the Porsche 911 Turbo S is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a famous tuning house, named TechArt, which has created an upgrade package for the model. According to the aftermarket specialist, the new Porsche 911 Turbo S has received an impressive power boost, of 60 HP (44 kW) and 130 Nm (96 lb-ft) of torque.
The German sports car is now producing a total output of 620 HP (456 kW) and 830 Nm (612 lb-ft) of torque, which is allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.8 seconds, 0.3 seconds faster, before reaching a top speed of 328 km/h (203 mph), 10 km/h (6 mph) faster than the standard car. The power boost is available only in the Sport or Sport Plus mode. Additional details on TechArt’s Porsche 911 Turbo S, like the price list, are limited for the moment and will probably be announced over the following weeks.
