The German based automaker Porsche is planning to present the 2013 version of the Cayman at the upcoming 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show this month.
The Porsche Cayman is getting ready to be updated and the 2013 version of the model will be officially presented to the public at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show, which will open its gates on the 28th of November, 2012. Rumors are saying that the design of the upcoming 2013 Porsche Cayman will get a design inspired by the 2013 Porsche Boxster and, beside the similar looks, the sports car is also expected to borrow the same engine lineup from its brother.
If this will happen, the 2013 Porsche Caynam will be available with a 2.7 liter engine producing a total output of 261 horsepower (195 kW), along with the more powerful 3.4 liter unit, from the S version, which is generating a total output of 311 HP (232 kW). Additional details on the 2013 Porsche Cayman are limited for the moment and they are expected to be announced once the model will make its public debut at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show, which will open its gates on the 28th of November.
