Porsche has recently launched the Cayman S to India, where the model is now available to its future customers from Rs. 93.99 lakh.
According to the German based automaker, the Porsche Cayman S has a redesigned interior design and it’s coming with a 7-inch touch screen. The optional features available for the model include the bi-color leather packages, the Burmester sound system and some other tweaks. The model is powered by a 3.4 liter flat six-cylinder engine, which is producing a total output of 325 HP (239 kW). This is enough to allow it to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 283 km/h.
The Porsche Cayman S is burning an average of 8.5 liters of fuel every 100 km and it has been officially presented to the public, in a world premiere, back in late 2012, during the Los Angeles Auto Show, along with the regular version of the 2014 Porsche Cayman. The standard model is coming with a 2.7 liter engine which is good for 275 HP (202 kW). This is translated into a 0 to 100 km/h sprint of 5.4 seconds and a top speed of 266 km/h (165 mph). Prices for the Porsche Cayman S in India start at Rs. 93.99 lakh.
