Porsche has recently introduced the online configurator for the Macan midsized SUV, which has been priced from 49,900 USD over-seas.
According to the car manufacturer, the 2014 Porsche Macan has a starting price of 49,900 USD for the base Macan S version, which makes it 300 USD more expensive than the cheapest variant of the Cayenne, so I really don’t get Porsche’s pricing strategy. Order the Macan Turbo and the cost will go up to 72,300 USD, but if you want the Aurum Metallic paint, you should know that this will set you back for another 3,120 USD.
The Porsche Macan will have a generous optional list which if it will be fitted to the top of the line Macan Turbo, it will bring its price to the 100,000 USD mark. The options include the 1,670 USD panoramic roof, the 990 USD noise and thermal insulating privacy glass, the 1,460 USD ParkAssist with rearview camera, the 4,290 USD Burmester surround sound system, the 21-inch 911 Turbo design wheels costing 3,300 USD and much more.
Porsche says that the cheapest version of the Macan has a starting price of 57,930 euros in Germany, while for the same model in the United Kingdom, its future customers will have to pay 43,300 GBP. The upcoming four-cylinder diesel and petrol engines for the Macan will drop its price. You can find the online configurator for the 2014 Porsche Macan here.
