Porsche will bring a Panamera Wagon Concept to this edition of the Paris Motor Show which will open its gates on the 27th of September.
The Porsche Panamera Wagon started its life as a simple rumor a couple of days ago but now the model is being highlighted by the German based automaker, who has announced that the model will be officially presented to the public in a world premiere during the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Porsche says that the Panamera Wagon will be revealed in a concept form but it’s unsure whether or not the model will get the green light for production.
If it will hit the assembly line, the Porsche Panamera Wagon, which will then be based on the second generation of the model, is expected to make its way onto the market in 2016. The Panamera Wagon will be a more versatile version of the regular model, which will provide more cargo room, but if it will indeed enter production, it will have some serious competition from the Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake. More details on the Porsche Panamera Wagon Concept will be announced next month, during the 2012 Paris Motor Show.
