The aftermarket specialists at Prior Design have created an upgrade package for the previous generation of the BMW X5.
Even if the 2014 BMW X5 has been officially unveiled just a few months ago, some tuning companies, including Prior Design, are continuing to develop aftermarket packages for the previous generation of the popular vehicle, proving that even if it has left the production line, it’s far away from being dead. The images posted below are showing a BMW X5, from the previous generation, equipped with some upgrades which have been signed by Prior Design. The asking price stands at 8,990 euros.
According to the tuning company, the model in question has received a new body kit, made from Dura-Flex fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), which is flexible, stable and easy and cheap to paint. The installation costs of this new body kit are minimal because no modifications need to be made in order for this to be fitted. The kit is compatible with the E70 X5 and it’s made out of a new front bumper with spoiler lip, rear bumper with diffuser, side skirts, front fenders, redesigned hood and some other tweaks. Changes stop here because Prior Design isn’t offering any interior modifications or engine upgrades.
