The final production version of the 2014 Acura MDX Concept will be officially presented to the public at the end of the month, during the 2013 New York Auto Show.
After we have seen the concept Acura MDX back in January during the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), time has come for the model to take a step forward into the final production version, which will be officially presented to the public at the end of this month, during the 2013 New York Auto Show. According to the car manufacturer, the new MDX will get a longer wheelbase and front-wheel drive, for the first time, in order to boost fuel economy.
As for the engine lineup, a 3.5 liter V6 with cylinder deactivation technology and fuel injection, producing 310 HP, will make its way into the lineup. The 2014 Acura MDX will get the AcuraLink infotainment system, LED headlights, a rearview camera, Lane Keep Assist, adaptive cruise control, Forward Collision Warning, Blind Spot Monitoring and more. The 2014 Acura MDX will be produced in Canada. Additional details on the final production version of the 2014 Acura MDX will be announced during the 2013 New York Auto Show.
