The final production version of the Alfa Romeo 4C has been recently spotted in the United States, where the model was caught testing on a public road.
The Italian based automaker it currently testing the final production version of the Alfa Romeo 4C in the United States, where the model will be launched later on this year. The Alfa Romeo 4C will enter production in the following months and the model should arrive in the company’s dealers by the end of the year. the final production version of the Alfa Romeo 4C will probably get a 1.8 liter turbocharged engine under its hood, which could be mated to a six-speed dual clutch transmission.
The engine might help the Italian vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 4.5 seconds. Besides the 1.8 liter turbocharged unit, a 230 HP 1.75 turbocharged four-cylinder might also be used on the model. Unfortunately we don’t have any more details on the final production version of the Alfa Romeo 4C, but as a quick reminder, the concept car has been officially presented to the public during the 2011 Geneva Motor Show and, since then, the model has been caught testing several times on the Old Continent.
