Just counting the teasers for the hotly anticipated Mercedes-Benz AMG GT sports car would be an exhausting time-consuming process. But the world of video games comes to the rescue once more, partially revealing the car in a series of screenshots from the upcoming video game Driveclub.
The screenshots for the model that is scheduled to be unveiled on September 9, ahead of the official public debut during October’s Paris Motor Show are the most revealing so far, partially depicting the car in all its “pixelised” glory.
The Sony PS 4 exclusive driving game “Driveclub” will prominently feature the upcoming AMG T, as well as several other models from the Stuttgart-based luxury automaker: A45 AMG, CLA45 AMG, C63 AMG Coupe Black Series, SL65 AMG and the SLS AMG Coupe Black Series.
The Mercedes-AMG GT, which only (now just partially) concealed its exterior design so far, after the ridiculously numerous teasers revealed pretty much everything will be greeting us next Thursday in all its metal glory. What’s most importantly, under the hood lies a new twin-turbo V8 4.0-liter engine that will deliver two power levels: 462 hp in the AMG GT and 510 hp in the AMG GT-S, which jumps to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.8 seconds and has a top speed of 192 mph (310 km/h).
