The Japanese based automaker Toyota has announced its presence to the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show with an improved version of the Lexus IS-F which is coming with a new body kit and improved handling.
According to the car manufacturer, Toyota’s sport division has developed a radical version of the powerful Lexus IS-F and the model will be officially presented to the public at the upcoming 2011 Tokyo Motor Show, which will officially open its gates in December. Toyota’s new creation is known as the IS-F Circuit Club Sport Package and is standing out of the crowd thanks to its new aerodynamic body kit, which comes with a new front spoiler, a new hood, a rear diffuser, a rear spoiler and the vehicle is now sitting on larger and ultra-light magnesium wheels.
Even if the engine remained untouched, the technical part of the Lexus IS-F Circuit Club Sport Package is coming with a new slip differential and upgraded braking system compared to the standard one. Toyota says that its new creation is powered by the same 5.0 liter V8 engine which is developing a total output of 423 horsepower and has a peak torque of 505 Nm, allowing the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds.
