Ford has announced its plans to introduce a rally-inspired Focus ST at the 2015 SEMA Motor Show.
SEMA is the place to be for hot modified rides and one-off vehicles this year as well and one of the car to be exhibited at the event is a rally-inspired Focus ST. For the model in question, Ford and Rally Innovations have teamed up and this is bringing an aggressive body kit with the large rear wing, revised side skirts, 3-piece aluminum front splitter, extended fender flares and a ventilated hood.
The one-off Focus ST is also coming with the LED light bard, with the Beat-Sonic Blaid antenna, red accents, JDM Aero hood latches, red accents, a graphite finish and the Nitto NT555 tires. No images with the interior design of the car have been released so far but the automaker is saying that this has a four-point roll cage, Sony premium audio system, LED interior lighting, a four-point roll cage, four-point harnesses on the racing seats and a missing rear seat.
The vehicle is also packing the COBB Tuning adjustable shift plate, slotted rotors and a coilover suspension. Under its hood, the rally-inspired Ford Focus ST is bringing the 2.0l EcoBoost four-cylinder unit which has been equipped with the COBB Tuning Accessport V3 tuning system, the new aluminum intercooler, a Greddy Airinx intake system and a sports exhaust system. No words on the new output of the car have been released so far.
