Ram has officially announced its plans to offer two brand new special editions of the 1500, which will be called the 1500 Black Sport and the 1500 Ignition Orange Sport.
The Ram 1500 lineup has increased thanks to the addition of two new special editions, the Black Sport and the Ignition Sport. According to the car manufacturer, both vehicles have been based on the same Ram 1500 Sport Crew Cab model and they are coming with features such as the optional four-wheel drive system, the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine under their hoods, rated at 395 HP (294 kW) and connected to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The two vehicles are also coming with the ventilated hood, with the dual exhaust system and they are riding on 20-inch alloy wheels. Features found in their cabins include the GPS navigation system with the 8.4-inch Uconnect infotainment system and the rearview camera, amongst others. The new Ram 1500 Ignition Orange Sport is coming with a unique bright orange paint job, with body color accent stitching, with the Sport embroidery on the seats, with two tone seats and several other goodies.
The Ram 1500 Black Sport is getting inspired by the Black Express model and it has received the black interior with the Light Black chrome accents and the leather seats, amongst others. The two vehicles will go up for sale this week and the packages will be adding 1,595 USD to 41,020 USD, without the 1,195 USD destination charge.
