The upcoming Range Rover Evoque Cabrio will be a limited-run production model as a spokesman has recently confirmed.
Do you remember the Range Rover Evoque Cabrio? Well, obviously you do, since it was first offered as a concept more than three years ago and it is now getting ready to storm the market in a final production variant. But what if we told you that the posh drop-top will only be offered in a limited number? Well, this may be good news to your years, if you don’t dig it, but some of you may be sad and we recommend them to place a deposit for one in the same day when the order books will be opening.
Speaking about the order books, rumor has it that Land Rover is taking into consideration opening them next month (November) and chances are the first deliveries of the vehicle will begin in Spring, 2016. The new Range Rover Evoque Cabrio will be sold in most markets where the regular Evoque is also available, so expected it in Europe, in China and in the United States as well. The model will be produced in Halewood, UK, at the company’s factory, and it will be offered in a single body style, a 3-door. The engine lineup will be carried over from the facelift and this will include the 240 HP Si4 turbo petrol, along with the 150 HP and 180 HP TD4 Ingenium turbo diesel. More details on the drop-top crossover are limited at this time.
