A more hardcore version of the new Range Rover Sport generation, the “R”, has been recently spied while it was being tested on public roads.
After the new generation of the Range Rover Sport has been officially introduced this spring, in New York, the model has been brought to several automotive events across the globe so if you have bought one already, you will hate this news. Our spy photographers have managed to catch a more extreme version of the ne Range Rover Sport generation, which is believed to be named the Range Rover Sport R, while it was being tested, so if you’ve leased the regular model, take it back and tell the dealer to sign you on the waiting list for the new variant.
The Range Rover Sport R has larger air intakes into its front bumper and some minor tweaks on its body, which will help it stand out from a crowd and also make it look more appealing than its regular versions. Rumors are saying that the Range Rover Sport R will be powered by a 5.0 liter V8 engine, which should produce more than 510 HP. Additional details on the model are limited for the moment and will probably be announced next year, when the model will make its public debut.
