The first official images with the all-new Renault Alpine A110-50 Concept have recently hit the web, ahead of its models debut in Monte Carlo this weekend.
The Renault Alpine A110-50 Concept has already leaked one time and the model has even been teased by the company, but these latest images haven’t been released by the French based automaker and we must thank the guys at auto.blog.rs for them. The Renault A110-50 concept is based on the Renault Megane Trophy and the model has been made using its tube chassis and a rear mounted 3.5 liter V6 engine, which will generate a total output of almost 400 horsepower.
The all-new Renault Alpine A110-50 concept car might be the company’s first step into reviving the Alpine brand, a “step” announced one year ago by Carlos Tavares, the second man in hierarchy. The first production version of the Alpine brand, which might even be the A110-50, should hit the market in 2013, but the process might actually be speeded up. The Renault Alpine A110-50 concept has been made in order to celebrate the A100’s 50th anniversary and if it should hit the production line, the development will be led by Renaultsport.
