Renault has officially announced the launch of the new Kadjar compact crossover on its local market, starting from the 1st of June.
The Renault Kadjar has a base starting price of 22,990 euros in France and it will become available in four trim levels, the Life, Zen, Business and Intens, along with the Edition One limited version. The cheapest version of the vehicle will get the cruise control with speed limiter, the manual climate control, the voice commands, Bluetooth radio-CD with MP3 playback, leather wrapped steering wheel, chrome window surrounds and 17-inch alloy wheels, amongst others.
Moving on to the Zen you will find the electrically folding side mirrors, the rear parking sensors, the extra tinted rear glass, road-sign recognition, lane departure warning and 17-inch wheels with diamond-effect. The Business trim level is bringing the R-Link 2 infotainment system and the front parking sensors, amongst others, while the range-topping Intens has the 19-inch alloy wheels, the LED Pure Vision headlights, the Nappa leather trimmed steering wheel, the leather / fabric upholstery, Active Emergency Braking, rearview camera, blind spot detector, Easy Park Assist and so on.
If the Kadjar Edition One is what you are interested in, you should know that this has been based on the Zen and it will be adding the R-Link 2, the front parking sensors, the 60/40 split rear bench seat with the Easy Break system and much more. The vehicle is also coming with the metallic grey front and rear skid plates, with the leather / fabric upholstery, with exclusive interior trim and 19-inch alloy wheels. Three engine options are available, the TCe 130 petrol, the dCi 110 diesel or the dCi 130 diesel, along with the manual or the EDC transmission.
