The Renault Megane RS 265 Trophy Edition has been recently launched in Malaysia, where the model is now available to its future customers starting from RM244,252.
According to the car manufacturer, the Renault Megane RS 265 Trophy is coming with the Renaultsport monitor on-board performance tracking, with stiffer springs, dampers, anti-roll bar, Brembo braking system, with a mechanical limited slip differential, with an innovative PerfoHub independent steering axis front suspension setup, with 19-inch Speedline alloy wheels with a red rim outlining wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza RE050A tires and it’s also getting the Trophy red decals on the F1-style front blade and foors.
Renault says that the Megane RS 265 Trophy is getting a serial numbered plaque, to mark each edition. The model is powered by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine, which is producing a total output of 265 HP and it has a peak torque of 360 Nm of torque. The hot hatch can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.0 seconds before reaching a top speed of 250 km/h. The model has set a new Nurburgring lap record for a front-wheel drive production car at 8 minutes and 8 seconds back in June 2011.
