The French based automaker Renault has recently pulled the wraps off an automatic version of the Scala in India, where the model is available from Rs 8.99 lakh.
According to the car manufacturer, the new Renault Scala Automatic is named the Scala CVT and the model is available to its future customers in two versions, the RXL and the RXZ. The cheapest version of the new Renault Scala CVT RXL is coming from Rs 8.99 lakh and it’s receiving items like the power side mirrors, the automatic climate control, the multi function display, the ABS, EBS, chrome door handles and 15-inch alloy wheels, amongst others.
If the top of the line Renault Scala CVT RXZ is what you’re into, than get ready to pay Rs 9.89 lakh before being able to take it home. The carmaker says that this version of the Renault Scala is adding features like the leather upholstery, power folding mirrors and a chrome grille, amongst others. The Renault Scala CVT is cheaper than some of its competitors in India, where the Ford Fiesta AT Style is priced at Rs 9.23 lakh (Rs 9.96 lakh for the Titanium) and the Honda City V AT is coming from Rs 9.75 lakh.
