Renault has dropped two more teasers with the upcoming Talisman which is expected to be unveiled soon.
Just last week we have heard about the introduction of the Renault Talisman in Europe. The model in question is already available in a few Asian countries but this is the first time when it will be introduced on the Old Continent. The vehicle will be different than its Asian brother and it will come as a replacement for the old Laguna and Latitude. This will get the leather wrapped seats in the cabin, probably on the higher-end versions, as we can see from the new teaser images, along with the full LED headlight technology which will be taken from the new Espace.
The 2016 Renault Talisman will also come with an 8.7-inch R-Link 2 infotainment system, with a multi-function rotary control, with some styling tweaks taken once again from the Espace, a semi-autonomous parking system, a four-wheel steering system, adaptive cruise control, head-up display and several other goodies. The Talisman will probably get the 1.6 liter dCi diesel engine, 130 HP and 320 Nm of torque, along with the dCi 160, rated at 160 HP and 380 Nm of torque. The TCe gasoline burner, with its 200 HP and 260 Nm of torque will most likely be introduced too. Six-speed manual, six-speed EDC and a 7-speed dual clutch transmission will be included to the lineup. The Talisman will go against the Volkswagen Passat, the Ford Mondeo and the Skoda Superb.
