The French based automaker Renault has recently pulled the wraps off its latest creation, a special edition of the Twingo RS, which has been named the Red Bull Racing RB7.
According to the car manufacturer, the Renault Twingo RS Red Bull Racing RB7 special edition is coming with a black exterior with Sirius Yellow accents and some checkered-pattern decal on the roof. The model has also been fitted with stiffer springs and dampers and its ride height has been reduced by 4 mm. The vehicle is now sitting on a fresh set of 17-inch alloy wheels. The cabin of the Renault Twingo RS special edition has been fitted with gloss black accents and yellow contrast stitching, along with an individually-numbered FIA 2011 World Champion plaque for the center console.
The Renault Twingo RS Red Bull Racing RB7 special edition is powered by a 1.6 liter engine which is developing a total output of 131 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 160 Nm (118 lb-ft). The model is burning an average of 6.5 liters of fuel every 100 km, which is translated into 43.4 mpg UK and 36.1 mpg US. CO2 emissions stop at 150 g/km. The model will be launched on several markets this year but there is no word on its pricing just yet.
