The French based automaker Renault has recently pulled the wraps off the facelifted version of the Kangoo and the Z.E. electric version.
After being officially unveiled back in 2008, the second generation of the popular van is making its way into our news once again, this time with a refreshed design and some extra goodies. The 2014 Renault Kangoo is getting restyled headlights, new door mirrors, a more prominent logo, better quality materials in the cabin, a new steering wheel and some other minor tweaks, which will be appreciated by the model’s future customers.
The “new” Renault Kangoo will be offered with two wheelbase lengths and with a 1.5 liter dCi diesel engine, in three outputs, 70 HP (56 kW), 90 HP (67 kW) and 110 HP (82 kW). Renault says that the Kangoo Maxi is coming with a choice of either two or five seats. The electric variant of the Renault Kangoo, the Z.E., has also received some updates, like the repositioned socket or the sound emitting system which is activated at speeds up to 19 mph (31 km/h) in order to warn pedestrians. More details on the facelifted Renault Kangoo, including its price list, will be announced soon.
