Renault Zoe was launched in the UK

The French based automaker Renault has recently announced the launch of the Zoe in the United Kingdom, where the model can be yours from 13,650 GBP.

According to the car manufacturer, the Renault Zoe Expression, which is the cheapest version of the model, can be ordered from 13,650 GBP, with the government’s “help”, while the Dynamique can be yours from 14,750 GBP, once the grant has been deducted. Prices for these versions will increase to 13,995 GBP and 15,195 GBP respectively, starting from April. The Renault Zoe will also get two more trim levels, the Zen and the Dinamique, and all version get the R-Line infotainment with 7-inch touch screen and regenerative braking..

Power to the Renault Zoe is being provided by a synchronous electric motor, which is generating a total output of 86 BHP, with a peak torque of 162 lb-ft. The model can reach a top speed of 84 mph. Charging the batteries that supply the motor will take between 30 minutes and 9 hours, but the carmaker says that up to 80 percent of the energy can be restored in 30 minutes with a 43 kW AC power source. The total range of the model is 130 miles, but the carmaker says that 90 miles is a more accurate figure in the real world.
