The brand new Cadillac CTS-V is being rendered in yet another body style, that of a wagon, after being officially unveiled just a few weeks ago.
The North American based automaker Cadillac has already pulled the wraps off the new CTS-V performance vehicle not too long ago and considering the fact that this is one important model for Caddy, images depicting how it may look like in a completely new body style are somehow important, because they may be giving ideas to the car manufacturer. However, don’t put your hopes into such a model because, realistically speaking, chances of it hitting the production line are extremely low.
The image posted above has been signed by Virtuel Car and it is showing the Cadillac CTS-V in a Wagon body style. We can notice the same familiar front fascia but towards the end, this is becoming a brand new vehicle, basically, which is more practical than its already available sedan brother. The wagon is getting an aggressive exterior, with a front spoiler, a ventilated hood, a mesh grille, a tailgate mounted spoiler and front fender vents, amongst others.
The brand new Cadillac CTS-V has received improved steering, Performance Traction Management with four modes, Tour, Sport, Track and Snow, upgraded Magnetic Ride Control and so on. Under its hood, we can find the 6.2 liter V8 engine, which is capable of 640 HP (477 kW) and 855 Nm (630 lb-ft) of torque, connected to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The sedan can reach 60 mph (96 km/h) from a standstill in just 3.7s and it can go all the way up to 200 mph (322 km/h).
