Report – Ferrari delivering 350 special edition cars for the 70th anniversary image

Don’t worry – this is not a typo, there will be 350 different special editions out in Paris this fall if the report is correct, with each of the five models of the range getting its unique line of limited models.

So, in total 350 special edition Ferraris will be announced for the Paris Motor Show taking place early October. The announcement appears to have been made to 100 Ferrari owners and collectors who took part in the Ferrari Cavalcade in Venice, Italy, during this past weekend. “The whole team at Maranello went back through the 70-year history of the company and tried to identify the most iconic cars of the past in the history of the company, the most iconic exteriors, the most iconic interiors,” apparently commented Enrico Galliera, Ferrari’s marketing and commercial chief.

The company has thus selected no less than 70 of its most iconic vehicles from its legendary past – inspiring new special editions for the five model lines it has presently. “This means we are going to be producing and delivering 350 unique pieces. Every single car will be unique,” added the executive. So, 70 special edition models should come for each of the models in the range – the California T, 488 GTB, 488 Spider, F12berlinetta and GTC4Lusso. The cars will be the work of the Tailor-Made unit and “feature the highest technology and design capability of the company”.
