A rich owner of a Ferrari 458 Speciale A has brought his newest toy to Miami Beach so he can enjoy it while in his home country winter is still being felt.
Rich guys and their supercars will always give us a subject to talk about and the newest example is with this Czech owner of a Ferrari 458 Speciale A who has brought his newest ride to Miami Beach so that he can drive it in winter with the roof down. While in his home country, the Czech Republic, winter is still being felt, in Miami it is a cool temperature of 24 degrees Celsius and a perfect weather for driving around with your top down. The Italian supercar has been spotted in Miami Beach recently.
The Ferrari 458 Speciale A (Aperta) is the convertible version of the regular 458 Speciale. The model in question is taking its name from the Italian word for “open” and its chopped roof has added 50 kg to its total weight, compared to the coupe, meaning that this stands at 1,350 kg. The retractable hard top can be taken down in just 14 seconds and this is riding on 5-spoke wheels, getting an Alcantara finish for the seats, carbon fiber and the door panels and on the dashboard and several other tweaks. Power is coming from the updated 4.5 liter naturally aspirated V8 engine, rated at 605 HP and 540 Nm of torque, enough for a 0 to 100 km/h sprint made in 3 seconds. Only 499 units of this supercar will be put together.
