The famous Top Gear UK presenter Richard Hammond has recently said that the all-new BMW 320d, codenamed the F30, is the best car ever made.
During a recent interview with Yahoo Finance, Richard Hammond has admitted that the BMW 320d F30 is the best car ever made thanks to the driving fun, easy-to-use infotainment system, “brilliant handling” and just about everything fitted onto it. The all-new BMW 320d F30 has also been named the Best Car in the Real world by Autocar Magazine in March 2012.
As a small reminder, the new generation of the BMW 3-Series has been officially presented to the public in late 2011. The 320d is powered by the company’s 2.0 liter four-cylinder diesel engine, which is developing a total output of 135 kW and it has a peak torque of 380 Nm. According to the German based automaker, the 2012 BMW 320d can burn an average of 4.5 liters of fuel every 100 km and the model is emitting just 120 g/km of CO2. The all-new BMW 320d can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 7.5 seconds before reaching a top speed of 146 km/h. The new 320d has a starting price of 35,350 euros.
