The little-known Croatian car manufacturer Rimac Automobile has announced its official presence at the Frankfurt Motor Show by teasing its 1.088 horsepower electric One Concept.

According to the auto maker, the One Concept supercar is equipped with four electric motors powering each wheel, developing a total of 1.088 horsepower and a massive 3.800 Nm of torque (2802 lb-ft).

The supercar can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds (0 to 62 mph) and it is electronically limited to 305 km/h (190 mph). The Rimac One Concept weighs 1.650 kg and has a huge 600 km autonomy (373 miles).

These are the only official details known about the One Concept but the Croatian made supercar has giant rival to beat: Tesla.

The Rimac Electric One Concept will be officially unveiled at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September this year and it’s not known for now if the supercar will catch the production line.

  1. the guy has a incredibly wealthy dad and cars are his hobby.
stop calling him an "automaker". he doesn't have a single patent of his and in the batteries he's probably using somebody else's patent protected technologies. the patent that he claims to have are not his but of some of his workers. yes, he pays others to think, work and create for him while he runs around the media claiming he is the creator of all of it. he's basically a pathetic little man that feeds on other peoples attention.
