You’re not going to see too many Dawn convertibles wearing this eye-grabbing shade coming from Rolls-Royce, but the commissioner certainly had his request fulfilled in a heartbeat, considering this is the eleventh model acquired so far.

Apparently, the luxury automaker thinks the paint choices for a new car from their factory are pretty endless – and with a choice of 44,000 colors we could see why the Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament gets so much prestige. This eye-popping fuchsia hue is certainly not on everyone’s radar – and it turns out it’s not even in the extensive catalogue, having been created specifically for this commission. Famed auto enthusiast Michael Fux is the owner of the bespoke one-of-one Dawn in Fuxia, actually his eleventh Rolls-Royce after first acquiring the taste for the brand in 2005.

Naturally, all of his 11 cars have carried a high degree of personalization – we may even remember an equally striking lime green Wraith from a couple of years ago. The Dawn in Fuxia was of course presented at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance – and entrepreneur and philanthropist Michel Fux actually also displayed a similarly painted McLaren 720S. More so, Fux has actually asked and secured from Rolls-Royce ownership of other colors – Blue, Intense Jade Pearl, Aequus Green Jade Pearl, Cornish White Jade Pearl two-tone, Deep Purple, Candy Red, and Yellow…
