Vorsteiner is a California based tuner specialized in high-end model and they have just unveiled their new styling program for the British Rolls-Royce Ghost.
Since we are talking about a Rolls-Royce offering, the design changes are minimal, the tuner opting for the addition of restrained carbon-fiber pieces: they offer two options for a front spoiler, the same Autoclaved Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber structure for the side skirts and also one option for the carbon fiber rear diffuser. The model can also be equipped with a carbon fiber rear spoiler and VSE-002 forged alloy wheels in sizes ranging from 20- to 22-inches. The tuner also says its proprietary carbon fiber structure gives the parts superior stiffness, aerospace strength & durability compared to traditional hand laid carbon fiber composites.
The internal mechanics remain unchanged, with the Ghost model powered by a turbocharged 6.6-liter V12 good for 570 hp (420 kW) and 780 Nm (575 lb-ft). The engine is connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission, which enables the sedan to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds (0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds) and hit a limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
