Rolls-Royce Ghost Wraith Coupe will be launched in India

Rolls-Royce is planning to introduce the Ghost Wraith Coupe to India, where the model will arrive after the Geneva Motor Show, in mid-2013.

After being teased several times and announced for the 2013 Geneva Motor Show next month, the newest creation signed by the BMW-owned brand, the Rolls-Royce Ghost Wraith Coupe, is ending up in our news once again, this time with a rumor. According to the guys at Indian Autos Blog, the Rolls-Royce Ghost Wraith Coupe will be launched in the Asian country, where the luxurious model will arrive in July.

“A new model will be added this year and this will spur the interest among the prospective buyers. We operate in a niche area and therefore the number of new models and launches will be spaced”, said the regional director of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Asia Pacific, Paul Harris.

Our source is saying that this so-called “new model” is actually the Rolls-Royce Ghost Wraith Coupe, which will be launched in India in a few months. Deliveries of the model will begin by the end of the year in the Asian country. Power to the Ghost Wraith Coupe will be provided by a 600 HP 6.6 liter twin turbo V12 engine, which will allow the model to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds. More details on Rolls-Royce’s new creation will be announced in Geneva next month.
