Porsche has recently announced its plans to offer the 911 Gum Red Square Edition in Russia, where the model should arrive later on this year.
The newest creation signed by Porsche will be a special edition based on the iconic 911, which will be named the Gum Red Square Edition, and the model will be launched in Russia, over the following months. According to its creators, the Porsche 911 Gum Red Square Edition has been created in order to celebrate 120 years of the Gum department store in the Red Square.
“To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the legendary Porsche 911 and the 120-year anniversary of the country’s Central Department Store – Department Store on Red Square, the company “Porsche Russland” offers a special version of the Porsche 911 «GUM Red Square Edition»”, as the carmaker says in its official press release.
The new Porsche 911 Gum Red Square Edition is based on the Carrera 4S Coupe and it’s coming with a new sports exhaust system, a Pascha Red exterior finish and 29-inch Carrera Classic wheels. The interior design of the sports car has been equipped with stainless still plates with illuminated Gum Red Square badging, a body color key fob, mahogany wood trim and some other tweaks. Power is being provided by a 400 HP (294 kW) and 440 Nm of torque (324 lb-ft) 3.8 liter six-cylinder unit. The car is equipped with the Chrono Package and it can sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 4.3 seconds or in 3.9s with the optional PDK.
