A brand new Russian 4-door coupe, named the Aquila and made by TagAZ, has recently entered production, as the carmaker stated.
The newest car coming from Russia, the TagAZ Aquila, will make its way onto the market very soon and the model will become available to its future customers from 415,000 rubles, which is translated into 10,600 euros, 14,000 USD or almost 9,000 GBP. Standard features found on the TagAZ Aquila include the electric parking brake, the front airbags, air conditioning, power steering, sound system, ABS and more.
The TagAZ Aquila will be powered, at first, by a 1.6 liter 16-valve engine, which will produce a total output of 107 HP (79 kW), mated to a five-speed manual transmission. TagAZ says that later on, a more powerful engine, with 150 HP (110 kW), will become available for the model, along with an automatic transmission. If the images posted below and this info on the Russian four-door coupe have gotten you all excited, don’t be, because the model won’t be sold beyond Russia, because this means adding more safety features on it which will eventually make it more expensive.
