A very rich man from Russia has recently bought himself not one, but two brand new Pagani Huayra supercars.
A wealthy Russian man, which may either be in the petrol / gas business, a mobster or a friend of Vladimir Putin, which is basically the same, has bought himself two brand new Pagani Huayra supercars. We’re not sure why someone would buy two expensive vehicles, which are basically the same, except for the color, but one thing is for sure, he already has every version of the Bugatti Veyron which has ever hit the market. For each Pagani Huayra, he spent 1,050,000 EUR.
The Pagani Huayra is currently being assembled in Modena, Italy, and it has been in production since 2012. The model is taking its name from the Inca God of Wind, and it’s coming as a two-door Berlinetta, with a rear mid-engine, rear-wheel drive layout. The Huayra is powered by a 6.0 liter twin-turbo V12 engine, made by AMG, which is producing a total output of 720 HP (539 kW) and 1,000 Nm (740 lb-ft) of torque. The 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) sprint in the supercar takes just 3.3 seconds and top speed stands at 231 mph (372 mph).
