Scaldarsi Emperor I is the epitome of automotive bad taste image

We’re even ashamed to call Mansory exaggerated now – and we’re also pretty sure the people over at Maybach would prefer us not to know that under that hideous skin once laid a luxurious Mercedes-Maybach S600.

The aftermarket scene is choke full of works of art of pieces of… you know what. We already passed judgment on this one but after all there’s no chance that everyone will agree with us – otherwise the project would not have taken form. Scaldarsi’s so-called “artists” have been hard at work retouching the rather executive Mercedes-Maybach S600 – and brought upon 24-karat rose gold accents, a completely new front end and thoroughly reworked side and rear zones. Inside you can tell there’s an S600 hiding underneath – but there’s also new leather and wood to cover almost every surface. The owner can also go wild – with 24 colors for the leather, 24 types of animal hides, 78 types of wood, and 16 exterior body colors.

The interested parties can also opt for custom-engraved champagne glasses, matching tote bags, and even an Emperor Edition Rolex watch. Since a regular key fob is too “regular” there’s the option of going unique – though that logo looks pretty much uncomfortable to hold in your pants. The Emperor I meanwhile has the Brabus power credentials – 6.3-liter twin-turbocharged V12 from the Brabus Rocket 900 – which is a 888-horsepower behemoth delivering a 60 mph sprint time of just 3.7 seconds. Ten examples will be created – at 1.5 million dollars apiece.
