Canada’s VCMC and Shift Autosport have recently upgraded a Scion FR-S sports car with a turbocharger and some other tweaks.
Good news for Scion FR-S owners in the north who want to transform their rides into track supercars because Canada’s VCMC along with Shift Autosport are now offering upgrades for the model in question. The Scion FR-S can be fitted with a KW coil over kit, which is replacing the stok suspension, with front brake discs with AP Racing units, with a front splitter, with a huge rear wing, with 17x9-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 245mm wide tires and more.
The most significant upgrade of the model can be found under its hood where a turbocharger has been added. This helps the engine to produce a total output of 350 HP, which is actually 150 HP more than the standard engine. These upgrades can already be ordered for your Scion FR-S from 20,000 USD and the total investment will rise up to 45,000 USD (25,000 USD for the car). You decide if this is a good deal but meanwhile you can check out the turbocharged Scion FR-S in action in the video posted below. Enjoy!
