The Spanish automaker has enlisted the Cosmopolitan international fashion magazine to create a limited version Mii primarily designed to attract the women segment of buyers.
The Seat Mii – you can also spell it as the VW up! and Skoda Citigo – is now available with a pronounced fashion spirit thanks to the new collaboration. It appears the partners needed no less than 18 months of work to create “the perfect ride for confident, independent, active young women who are really going places.” This chic version of the Mii will become available in three- and five-door body styles from early next years and will reward buyers with a Violetto or a Candy White paint. There are also champagne-toned bismuth details inside and out, along with bi-color wheels and an “eyeliner” shape for the headlights.
Inside the seats have been clad in Alcantara and the headliner has a dark finish in a move to evoke a “sense of glamour,” as per the company. There are also matte chrome interior details and aluminum strips in the front foot wells with “COSMOPOLITANlovesMii” lettering. The same three-cylinder, 1.0-liter gasoline engine with 60 hp linked to a five-speed manual transmission or 75 hp and manual or an optional five-speed automatic can be had. The city car debuted for the first time in front of the public during Cosmopolitan’s #FashFest event organized in London and will also be displayed during the Paris Motor Show.
