It was way cooler if they posted the price at 99,999 euros, but anyways upcoming clients will be very pleased the new X-BOW GT Black Edition comes with a good price reduction compared to the standard model.
While the X-Bow still looks alien enough to be fresh, we have to remember that even the X-Bow GT has been introduced no less than three years ago during the Geneva Motor Show. Anyways, more importantly there’s a menacing looking and special series limited-edition run of Black Edition models that come with a pre-tax price of €99,000. This is of course more money than people usually pay for their vehicles, but people who enjoy track toys usually have cash to spare. Still, KTM has decided to make their day brighter as there’s now a price advantage of €10,000 compared to a regular model. We have a monochromatic appearance and there are even black 18-inch front and 19-inch rear BBS wheels. Another stylistic choice is the switch to a black anodized sport exhaust that blends very well with the overall Darth Vader, come to the Dark Side (we have cookies!) theme.
In the cockpit the owner will find hand-stitched comfort seats with color stitching and “Black Edition” logos on the headrests. The steering is clad in suede leather and the gear and brake levers are aluminum wrapped. The X-BOW GT Black Edition also packs a bigger punch as the turbocharged 2.0-liter engine has been massaged to deliver 320 horsepower (235 kilowatts) instead of the regular 285 hp (210 kW). KTM will only offer five X-BOW GT Black Edition units and the automaker is also throwing in a tour of the company’s plant in Graz, Austria.
