The German based automaker Volkswagen has unveiled the 4Fun Concept, in a premiere, during the 2013 Shanghai Motor Show, over the past weekend.
After showing us the Volkswagen CrossBlue Coupe Concept, during the 2013 Shanghai Motor Show, which will be eventually transformed into one or more production SUVs, in the nearby future, the German based automaker Volkswagen is now entering our news once again, this time with the help of the so-called 4Fun Concept. According to the car manufacturer, the Volkswagen 4Fun Concept has been officially presented to the public during the same Chinese automotive event, but unlike its larger brother, this won’t be transformed into a production car.
The Volkswagen 4Fun Concept has been created with a team of Chinese college students and the model resembles a futuristic minivan with top-opening side door, a long body, a panoramic windscreen, distinctive taillights and large alloy wheels. The VW 4Fun Concept is a plug-in hybrid which can be recharged through a wireless recharging system or by using the roof-mounted solar panels. Additional details on the VW 4Fun Concept are limited for the moment, but you can check out the photos posted below.
