Shelby American has officially pulled the wraps off yet another modified version of the new Ford Mustang, the Mustang EcoBoost.
If you happen to live in the United States and you are the proud owner of a Ford Mustang EcoBoost but you would like to upgrade it, than you have come to the right place because the mid-range version is now getting some aftermarket goodies signed by Shelby American. These include the carbon fiber front splitter, the carbon fiber side skirts, carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber grille inserts, carbon fiber rear spoiler, body stripes and several other features. The muscle car is riding on Venice WELD Racing wheels, 20-inch in size, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires.
If you think that the interior design of the popular sports vehicle has been left unchanged, you will be surprised because Shelby has added the individually numbered dash plaque, the illuminated door sill plates, the Shelby branded floor mats and the embroidered headrests. Being a Mustang EcoBoost it obviously has the 2.3 liter four-cylinder engine under its hood but in this case, Shelby American has added an optimize ECU and a sports exhaust system. The tuning specialists are saying that thanks to these modifications, the engine is now capable of putting down a total of 335 HP (249 kW) when running on 91 octane fuel. The entire tuning package has been priced from 23,995 USD and it obviously excludes the base price of the Ford Mustang.
